
Chris is Vice President, Marketing and Sales. As a gift planning marketing consultant, Chris brings over 18 years of experience to assisting organizations structure and develop planned giving marketing and promotional programs. Chris has consulted with numerous non-profit and financial services companies, collaborating with them in the design and structure of training and marketing programs targeted to realize long-term goals and objectives. He is a graduate of Indiana University.

Terry is President at EDS. He has a BA Degree from DePauw University (English Composition). His writing/publishing experience has covered 25 years in areas that include planned giving, financial services education and training, information technology and online documentation, website design and content development, and marketing. He has also served as a seminar instructor and provides editorial oversight for EDS publications.

Michael is a legal editor for EDS. He received his B.A. in English from Indiana University and J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.

Jim Jett is a Sr. Legal Editor/Writer at EDS. He received a B.A. degree from the University of Indianapolis in Political Science and History, a law degree from the Ohio Northern University Pettit School of Law, and a Masters of Professional Accountancy concentrated in taxation from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Jim worked both in private practice and in public service. His experience includes working for the Indiana Legislature as a senior staff attorney drafting legislation and providing counsel in the areas of taxation, business entities, commercial law and financial institutions, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the Florida Attorney General's tax litigation section, where he represented the Florida Department of Revenue in tax matters and defended Florida in disputes with the IRS. As an attorney in private practice, he assisted clients in business and estate planning matters, tax and tax controversy issues, and administrative law matters. Jim also served as an adjunct professor teaching business law, legal studies and corporate risk classes for Florida State College Jacksonville and the University of Phoenix. He is a member of the Indiana and Florida bars.

Gary Strader is the EDS Chief Technologist. Gary brings over 25 years of financial services information management experience to our staff. As a vice president of a major regional wholesale bank, he directed the application of technology to business processes. He has also managed the information technology resources of a life insurance company and a property-casualty insurer, and has provided information technology consulting services to financial planning firms. At EDS, he is directly involved with product development and client support, as well as research and development in emerging technologies.

Nancy Connor, graphic designer, has a BFA in painting from The University of Iowa and many years of design and illustration experience. At EDS since 1997, her principal responsibility has been interpretation of non-profit clients’ graphic standards and visual preferences to create newsletters and other publications that are both fresh and reflective of each institution’s character and style.

Mark has worked in print production and graphic design since 2000. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Mark has worked with national clients such as Bayer Advanced, Lowe’s, YMCA and Three Ring Records. Mark has designed countless projects including product displays, catalogs, newsletters, posters and album covers. He joined EDS in 2005 to serve as production designer and project coordinator.
